Tom Thumb

Sorry for the lack of posting lately, been kinda busy at work and home, and also the Intarwebs are being monitored a bit. So i got a couple of minutes i can catch you all up now.

Renaissance Faire:

We went to the Bristol Renaissance Faire in Kenosha Wisconsin yesterday and it was amazing fun. We arrived early and were lucky it wasn't a Floodaissance Faire but it actually was pretty dry. The storms over the past few days made it kind of cool all day and it only got really hot a few times. We got there and walked around and checked out a lot of the shops and looked at all the cool stuff that was mostly expensive. We walked around more and saw this king of the log game where Emad challenged Brad to the ultimate duel of pillows of death on a log. Emad was victorious and then a new challenger appear, it was Foad. The brothers' duel was also funny and Emad was again victorious. The person running the game stepped in and took Emad down a few pegs by beating him silly. We then walked some more tried some hot nuts and went to this hammer game where you have to smash a hammer down and hit the bell. That was a lot of fun and somewhat insulting but it was all in good fun. We then got some food and checked out this show with a juggler acrobat magician guy named Moonie. He was a mostly silent performer and the show was a lot of fun. After the show we split up a bit. I formed a five man party with Brad, Emad, Sarah and Ernesto and we went to do a quest that was actually sanctioned by World of Warcraft. it was pretty neat and more of a scavenger hunt than anything. We had to use our keen minds and find some places and talk to people. Half way through the quest we went to the Mud Show and checked it out. This was also a lot of fun and was basically a few guys playing in mud and doing cool things to try and compete. After that we finished the WoW quest and rooted out the spy and we went to receive our reward and marks of honor. We all got a coupon for 40% off of one item in the giftshop and we got to put marks on a chalk board in the honor of the horde to tally the total victory of our faction the Horde won the day. FOR THE HORDE? It was an awesome and very tiring day.

Shaq fu

Hey again people who don't read this.

Satisfaction:

Thursday was kind of a long day spent intensely working. We had huge issues at work and we were trying to get them done by the end of the day. By the end of Thursday we had nothing. we had some pretty impossible issues and my brain was a slushie. We were just trying to do things the wrong way. After work i actually went to the grocery store and couldn't function. i forgot half the things i needed and i tried to pay with the discount card... it was weird. Friday was a bit better but also weird. We dove in head first and tried to kill the bugs and we were doing ok...although still not getting help. We fixed some issues before lunch and all was good. Then when we got back apparently stuff broke again...we fixed it again too. Towards the end of the day things got better and there was great satisfaction. it feels good to own.

Lunia:

While my friends are sitting here playing lunia instead of playing with me (EMOOOOOOOOOOO lawl) I can begin to describe the quiz i posted last time. It started out as emo thoughts, but grew into something even greater. Yeah i have emo thoughts like that sometimes, it's just something thats messed up with me but whatev i'll deal with it. Towards the end of the post i started to have different thoughts and i wanted to get people's reactions on the quiz i made.

The results were pretty amazing i must say. The way people answered and the way it kinda let me know a lot about them was pretty amazing. This quiz wasn't about knowing me but here are the answers regardless.

2 Brothers, Rick 32, Jim 27
SMACK
Target, Office Max, Office Depot, Harper College Computer Lab Aide, DePaul University Computer Depot Tech
Michelle

Do these answers mean anything to you? Are you closer to me now that you know the answers? Does it even matter? Of course not, if you're reading this you know that you're my friend or somehow got to this post another way. This wasn't a contest but if you want to know who won, it was me, i learned a lot about my friends, friendship in general and i think i have stopped some emo thoughts for now. Some people didn't know and asked me and it was great. Some people didn't know and told me they felt bad, but it's no big deal, it doesn't matter. Some people just answered and thats fine. I learned a lot about friendship kinda like the stuff emad posted about.

Self-Quiz:

I took the quiz myself kinda. I talked to a few people about these questions, i told them about me but i didn't really ask about them. Something i need to work on i guess. Oh well i have great friends, and i hope they think i'm a great friend also. That is all for now i guess.

Peace

I can post anything here...

You probably don't read anyways. Hey, who am I talking to?

Emo thoughts:

I've been having a few emo thoughts lately, but not the kind i had before when i was emo and depressed. These are focused around friends. I mean i can look at facebook and see that i have like 40 or so friends, and that's pretty cool. But how many of them know me, or even want to? How many of them really care? These are basically the thoughts running through my head off and on for the last week or so. I value friends at the top of my list for reasons to be happy, to keep on in life, and so forth. I sometimes try to judge how people feel about me, and i usually come up with emo thoughts. Maybe i'm crazy or just plain wrong, but i don't know. I'm not trying to sit here and beg for attention, I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me, cause i'm not really sad anyways, more curious than anything. But just for fun, i can propose a little quiz.

How many siblings do I have? Their Names? Older or Younger?
What guild did i steal an orange hammer from in WoW?
Name two jobs i had before Digital Primates?
What was my first girlfriend's name? (first name is good enough)

Do not post answers in the comment, gtalk or email will work. And if you dont know feel free to ask me.
